Biju Janata Dal President Naveen Patnaik was sworn-in today as Chief Minister of Odisha for fourth consecutive term. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor SC Jamir at Raj Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. 21 ministers, including 10 of cabinet rank, were also administered the oath of office and secrecy. Naveen Patnaik led the BJD to a landslide victory in the just concluded assembly elections in the state. The BJD has won 117 of the 147 seats in the state assembly.
